Troubleshooting Lost Characters

Your characters are linked to your Steam Account NOT Rockstar Games.

  1. Check Your Steam Account: Make sure that you are currently logged into the correct Steam account that you have used to play on the server before. Ensure that you're using the same Steam account you used previously to access the server.

  2. Restart FiveM & Steam: Sometimes, simply restarting the game and steam can resolve connection issues. Close the game and steam completely and relaunch it to see if the issue persists.

  3. Contact Support: If you've tried all the above steps and the issue persists, it's time to contact the server's support team via our Koala Tea Gaming Discord Server
