To change your character's appearance or attire, head to a clothing store which are marked on the map their you can change your players outfit.
Inside of every clothing store you will find a press "E" to interact there you can change clothing, save and change outfits and send outfit codes if you want your friends to have the same clothes as you.
Barber stores will be where you change anything to do with hair and facial hair expect some of the long bushy beards which are still in masks.
If you would like to change the face of your character you must go up stairs of Zonah Hospital to get plastic surgery.
You can purchase a clothing bag from any 7/11 to be able to store two outfits on the go.
/pickup will allow you to pick up hat or glasses incase they fall off your face. Saving you a trip to the clothing store.
